These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of iBioKaare Tutor AI at tutor.ibiokaare.com (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

iBioKaare Tutor AI is an NCERT-grounded, Retrieval-Augmented AI tutor that provides explanations, practice questions, and tests for NEET, CUET, OUAT, Class XI, and Class XII students. Content is generated to assist study and is not a substitute for official textbooks, teachers, or professional guidance.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• One account is for one individual. Sharing paid access with others is not permitted.

3. Plans, Tokens & Payments

• Free plan — includes a daily allowance of question tokens, MCQs, and explanations as displayed in the app.
• Student & Premium plans — paid, per-exam subscriptions that unlock higher limits and premium features. Prices are shown on the Plans page and are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Access is unlocked instantly on successful payment.
• A successful answer consumes one token on the Free plan. Tokens are not deducted for errors, timeouts, or when no answer is generated.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass usage limits, tokens, or premium restrictions.
• Use automated scripts, scraping, or bulk access to abuse the Service.
• Submit unlawful, abusive, or prompt-injection content, or attempt to compromise our systems.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit content generated by the Service without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, branding, and software are owned by iBioKaare. NCERT and other referenced educational content remain the property of their respective owners; we reference them for educational purposes only.

6. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. Always verify important facts against official NCERT sources. See our full Disclaimer.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Subscription payments are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, iBioKaare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any examination outcome arising from use of the Service.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service, without refund where abuse is established.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Odisha, India.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
