1. Digital Service — No Physical Goods

iBioKaare Tutor AI provides a digital subscription service only. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical products. Accordingly, there are no shipments and no physical returns associated with any purchase.

2. What Happens After Purchase

• On successful payment, your Student or Premium plan is unlocked instantly within your account.
• There is nothing to return or ship — the service is accessed online through your logged-in account.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

Because this is a digital service, returns are handled through cancellation rather than product returns. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellations and eligible refunds are handled.

4. Problems With Your Purchase

If your payment succeeded but your plan was not unlocked, contact us and we will resolve it promptly — email ashokbapi9@gmail.com or call +91 94385 59863 with your Razorpay Payment ID.
